What this means is are you a tiger or eeyore from Winnie the Pooh.Are you very happy or are you always sad .Do you pretend to happy but actually inside you are sad.This quote is saying that if you are happy there will be a difference in your lifestyle.If you are a very sad and enthusiastic then people will get sad as well so try to be a little happy and smile sometimes.But try not to be very happy because then when you're sad people will be asking you what's wrong with you.So being happy with make a huge difference in you're life .Always try to be sometype of happy and try not to always be sad adn try not to be sad at all. Try to me a more energetic,happy and smiley person.If you're sad because you don't sleep enough get more sleep so you can be energetic.
