What this quote means is that you won't cheat. This is like a promise that you won't cheat.Mr.Haymore said that you won't get caught cheating obviously you don't want to get caught.If you get caught then you will get in trouble which sucks but you might get caught.If you are a ctr person and cheat then the teacher won't suspect a thing because she knows you're a ctr person.So if you're a ctr person you have a chance of getting away with it but i guess you shouldn't cheat because then you will get caught like me.I am not a ctr person so that's why i got caught and i wasn't very smooth about it.I would do it in front of him but i don't really care about anything.Always be a ctr person i guess because according to Mr.Haymore you will get nothing done in life if you're a ctw person.So always do good and never do bad.This is what i think this quote is saying.
